Our furnace was acting up right at the beginning of this last run of single digit temps and below zero windchills and George, over the span of an hour or so, at 8pm on a Friday night, walked me through some steps to try to get it up and running. I sent him a pic of the burners and he nailed the problem on the head from just the pic. Cracked heat exchanger and he recommended immediately replacing the unit. Quickly got me scheduled and had the work done in a timely manner. Really glad I contacted him. This was a stressful situation, but George made it as smooth as possible. Hopefully I don’t need anything else done for a long time, but if I do, Hess Heating & Cooling will definitely be getting my business and I’ll recommend them to anyone that needs HVAC work done. Thanks again!
